You have a goal.
You have a life.
You need a system that fits both.
On Target Planner is an app that helps you make consistent progress on meaningful goals, even when your week is full, your energy is low, and the time you have keeps disappearing.
You start with a 5-step challenge inside the app. It walks you through the Bullseye Blueprint, a simple framework that breaks your goal into small steps sized for your real life. After that, the app becomes your daily tool for deciding what to work on next.
There's something you want — to build, to finish, to become. You started. Maybe more than once. But life kept getting in the way, and somewhere between the third week and the sixth, the work stopped feeling like yours. It started feeling like another thing on a list you couldn't finish. You were given a destination and no bridge.

This is for you if any of this sounds like your week.
You're working toward something meaningful: a business, a project, a goal you've started before and stepped away from. You don't have huge blocks of time. You have a life that's already full and you're tired of pretending you'll "find more hours" to do the work.
You've bought the course. You've read the book. You've saved the podcast. You've opened the project at 11pm and closed it at 11:04 because there was nothing left to give. You know the goal is right for you. You just can't find the gap in your real life to actually move on it.
You are someone with a full life and a goal you haven't given up on, even when it's felt like giving up was easier.
If that's you, what's missing is a system that fits the goal work into the week you actually have.
How it works
On Target Planner is one product. It's an app. Inside the app, there's a framework — the Bullseye Blueprint — and a built in aiming partner called The Spotter.
1. The framework is the method.
The Bullseye Blueprint is a five-step system that turns a big goal into small steps sized for your real week. You learn the five steps. After that, you keep using them in your everyday life.
2. The app is where you use it every day.
After you learn the 5 steps, the app becomes your daily tool. Whenever decision fatigue or overwhelm take over, you tell The Spotter how much time and energy you have, and he picks one task or goal step that fits both. You do that one task. That's a shot. Tomorrow, you do it again — or you miss a day, and you pick back up without starting over.
Why not just use what you already have?
You probably already have some version of these:
A planner app. A reminder app. A calendar full of color-coded blocks. A notes app stuffed with half-finished lists you've started over from scratch three times.
Those tools are good at what they do. Planners give you a place to write things down. Calendars show you where your time goes. Notes apps store what you don't want to forget. Reminders make sure you don't miss a meeting.
But none of those were built specifically for this problem: making real progress on a meaningful goal when your life stays full and you can't think straight.
Every one of those tools assumes you just need a place to store tasks or trigger reminders. But the real friction isn't remembering what needs to get done—it's matching the work to the moment. When you have fifteen minutes and limited brainpower, staring at an indiscriminate list of fifteen items makes it almost impossible to pinpoint the one task that actually fits your current bandwidth.
A planner can't tell you that. A calendar can't tell you that. A notes app can't tell you that. A reminder just adds another notification to the pile.
On Target Planner does three things those tools don't:
- Breaks your goal into steps small enough to fit a real day. Not "launch the business." Not "write the book." The actual steps sized small enough to take.
- Accounts for your energy, not just your time. A low-energy Tuesday after work gets a different task than a Saturday morning. Your calendar doesn't know the difference. The Spotter inside OTP does.
- Picks one task, not all of them. You tell him your time and energy. He gives you one shot. You take it. No decision fatigue, no paralysis, no guilt about the other fourteen things you didn't do.
You stop staring at a screen trying to decide what's realistic, and you start getting the work done.
The 5 steps that turn the goal you set into progress you can keep.
The Bullseye Blueprint is a 5-step system for taking consistent action toward the goal your real life keeps interrupting.
Build Your Shot List
Break the goal down into steps you can actually take.
"Launch my online business" is not a task — it's a destination. The Shot List makes the path visible so the next right action is easier to see.
Read the Range
See your real week before you plan it.
Map the commitments and recurring tasks that already claim your time. Then your goal work has somewhere honest to fit.
Tune the Bow
Pick the mode that matches today's reality.
Sharpshooter (you drive) or Spotter (the app guides you through). You pick — every day — based on your energy, not your ambition.
Steps 4 and 5 are how the loop closes.
Close the day. Then close the week.
Two rhythms, one practice — a few minutes each night, a deeper review each week.
Celebrate
Stay grateful, positive, and focused on momentum. Prompts surface what you enjoyed, what you got done, and what you're proud of.
Calibrate
Learn and adjust your aim. Prompts pull out lessons, fixes, and what to do differently next.
Clear
An end-of-day release valve for lingering thoughts and emotions, so you sleep clear and wake ready.
Step 4 is the nightly reflection. Step 5 is the deeper weekly review. The loop closes so tomorrow doesn't start from zero — and the week doesn't end without a real look back.

What your first week looks like.
The Bullseye Blueprint has five steps. How long they take depends on you. The challenge videos are only 4-8 minutes long. You can work through Steps 1 & 2 in one sitting on your first day and have your framework set up before dinner. Or spread them across several days, one step at a time, whenever you have fifteen minutes to spare. Both work.
After Step 5, you rinse and repeat steps 3-5 with The Spotter there to help you aim when things are scattered. That's the rhythm.

Meet The Spotter.
See how On Target Planner breaks your goal down into steps and picks your next task based on your time and energy.
On Target Planner comes with a built-in aiming partner who handles the hardest part of any goal: figuring out what to work on next, when you don't have much time or energy to give.

Your personal aiming partner.
The Spotter is your task-selection assistant inside On Target Planner. Tell him how much time you have and how much energy you have right now, and he'll pick the next task to tackle — the one that fits the life you're actually living today, not the life you wish you had. The Spotter is what you turn to when the goal work feels too big to start, when decision fatigue has taken over, when the to-do list is staring back at you and you don't know which task deserves the next fifteen minutes. He considers your time, considers your energy, and points to the one shot that fits both.
- Zero Decision Fatigue: Stop staring at your list trying to decide what counts as a good use of the next fifteen minutes. Tell The Spotter your time and energy — he picks one task. You do that one.
- Aligned With Your Energy: Tasks get chosen for the kind of day you're having, not the kind of day you wish you were having. A low-energy Tuesday gets a low-energy task. A Sunday morning with high energy gets a different one.
- Time-Optimized Moves: Got 15 minutes between meetings or a solid 2-hour deep work block? The Spotter picks the task that fits the window.

Missed a few days?
Nothing breaks.
There's no streak to lose, no guilt meter, and no notification telling you to "get back on track." The app doesn't punish you for having a life.
When you open the app again — whether it's been two days or two weeks — you pick up where you left off.
And if you need help picking which task to tackle, The Spotter asks the same thing he always does: how much time do you have, and how much energy. He picks a task that fits where you are right now. Not where you were before you missed. Not where you think you should be.
The only thing that happened is you missed a few days. That's a full life, and the app is built for it.
Who it's for. Who it's not.
It's for you if:
- You're working toward something meaningful: a business, a project, a goal you started and stepped away from.
- Your life is already full. You don't have empty Saturdays waiting to be filled.
- You've tried planners, courses, or habit apps and they didn't survive your real week.
- You're tired of pretending you'll "find more hours." You're ready to work with the time you actually have.
It's not for you if:
- You're looking for a course that teaches you a new skill. OTP is a tool, not a course.
- You want a coach or accountability partner who checks in with you personally. The Spotter is a built-in aiming partner inside the app, not a human coach.
- You're looking for a habit tracker or streak-based app. OTP is built around making progress on a meaningful goal — not checking off daily habits or maintaining streaks.
- You want motivation or inspiration to get started. OTP assumes you're already motivated but need structure; it won't create motivation that isn't there.
Questions you might have.
You'll create your account (no card required), tap the link in the confirmation email, and go straight into the app to start the 5-Step Challenge. And once you have an account, any button on this page takes you back to the sign-in page.
The best shot is the one you have now.
Life won't calm down, so the system has to fit the life you have. On Target Planner gives you a framework that breaks the goal into steps small enough to take, an app that picks the next step when you can't see it, and a way back in when you've been away for a few days. One shot at a time, starting with the one you have now.
