Welcome to On Target Planner. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website located at ontargetplanner.com and our web application at app.ontargetplanner.com (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
On Target Planner provides users with web-based productivity, task execution, and daily momentum tools, featuring gamified progression mechanics (including experience points and ranking tiers) designed to encourage consistent task completion.
The Service includes a structured productivity framework consisting of "Nightly Reflections" and "Weekly Reviews" to help users evaluate their execution consistency, as well as "The Spotter"—an interactive, logic-based recommendation interface that suggests optimal task selections based on user inputted energy levels and time availability. The Service is delivered as a Progressive Web App (PWA) accessible via compatible web browsers.
2. Accounts and Registration
- To access the Service, you must register for an account and provide a valid email address.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including any third-party login methods (such as Google OAuth).
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
3. Subscription Fees, Billing, and Paid Accounts
- Subscription Required: On Target Planner is a subscription-based service. To access the web application, its features, and any associated tools, you must maintain an active, paid subscription account.
- Billing: All billing is handled securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By creating an account, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the recurring subscription fees.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly) unless you cancel it before your next renewal date.
- Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings interface. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: Except as explicitly required by law, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
5. User Content and Acceptable Use
- Your Content: You retain ownership of all text, data, goals, tasks, and information that you input or upload to the Service ("User Content").
- License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant On Target Planner a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service to you.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code or malware, to reverse-engineer the application, or to disrupt the integrity and performance of the Service for other users.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original design, user interface elements, branding, visual assets, code, logos, and features (such as "The Spotter" interface and our archery-themed progression mechanics), are the exclusive property of On Target Planner and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. On Target Planner makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, uptime, accuracy, or reliability of the Service. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall On Target Planner, its founder, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or connected with your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
