Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through the app.
- Navigate to your App Settings page.
- Click on Manage Subscription to open the secure Stripe customer portal.
- Select Cancel Plan.
Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you won't be charged again.
How do I delete my account?
If you want to permanently close your account and remove your data, you can do so in the app:
- Go to your App Settings page.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice.
Important Note: Deleting your account is permanent. It instantly deletes your profile, targets, and historical data. If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account to ensure Stripe stops future billing.
On what devices can I use On Target Planner?
On Target Planner is built as a Progressive Web App (PWA), meaning it is designed to run beautifully on almost any device without needing a traditional app store download. You can access and use OTP on:
- Smartphones: iPhone (iOS) and Android devices.
- Tablets: iPads and Android tablets.
- Computers: Mac, Windows, and Linux via your web browser.
Pro-Tip: For the best experience on mobile, open app.ontargetplanner.com in your device's browser (Safari for iOS, Chrome for Android) and tap "Add to Home Screen" to use it just like a native app!
What should I do if I found a bug?
We want to know about it so we can fix it fast! If something isn't working right, please drop us an email at Hello@OnTargetPlanner.com with the subject line "Bug Report."
To help us crush the bug quickly, please include:
- A brief description of what happened and what you expected to happen instead.
