Cancellation & Account Deletion Policy
You can manage your subscription or completely delete your data at any time directly from your account Settings page.
1. Cancellation Policy
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time.
- How to Cancel: Simply navigate to your Settings page and click the 'Manage Subscription' button. This will open your billing portal where you can cancel your active plan.
- Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to all features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that date, your account will transition to an inactive state, and you will not be charged again.
- Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Your cancellation simply ensures you will not be billed for the next cycle.
2. Permanent Account & Data Deletion
If you decide to leave us entirely, you have the ability to permanently erase your footprint from our system.
- How to Delete Your Account: Go to your Settings page, scroll to the bottom, and click the 'Delete Account' button.
- What Happens Next: This action is permanent and irreversible. Clicking this button will completely delete your account, your profile, and all associated data from our database. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.
