On Target Planner ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use the On Target Planner web application (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect basic information such as your email address and login credentials.
- User Content: The App allows you to create and store personal planning content such as tasks, schedules, goals, and reflections.
- Google User Data: If you choose to connect your Google Calendar to On Target Planner, we will request access to your Google account via OAuth scopes. This may include:
- Viewing and editing your calendar events: To sync your App tasks with your Google Calendar.
- Google Account Email: To identify and authenticate your connection.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used to:
- Provide and operate the App's planning features.
- Synchronize your schedules with connected third-party services (like Google Calendar).
- Maintain and improve App performance.
- Respond to support requests.
3. Google API Disclosure (Limited Use)
On Target Planner's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements or for any purposes other than providing the core scheduling features of the App.
4. Data Storage and Security
User data is stored using secure third-party infrastructure (including services utilized by the Lovable development platform). We take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information or Google user data to third parties. Your information is only shared when necessary to:
- Operate and maintain the App.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Provide technical support.
6. Your Control Over Your Data
You have full control over your information:
- Disconnecting Google: You may revoke the App's access to your Google Calendar at any time on the Settings page within the App.
- Editing/Deletion: You can edit your personal entries anytime within the App. You can also delete your account entirely from the bottom of the Settings page within the App. Upon account deletion, all associated data is removed from our active databases.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy occasionally. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
